Sidamo coffee is one of the world’s most well-known coffee regions. Sidamo is an area in southern Ethiopia where the Sidama people live their joyful lives. The locals farm coffee under the highest standards, and picking the cherries is always supervised carefully. Cherries are picked with the most careful hands. Therefore, Sidama does not even produce G3 coffees after G1 and G2 come, G4 to make sure there is a distinguished excellence in each lot. Locals are called the Sidama people.
